Pickup & Delivery

Pickups and deliveries are available daily:

  • Morning: 08:00 – 11:00
  • Afternoon: 16:00 – 17:30

Times are approximate and depend on availability. Exact timing is confirmed after your order.

Laundry Bags & Pricing

All laundry is processed using official Wash Lab laundry bags.

One Wash Lab bag equals one wash cycle and must be properly filled and securely closed.

If items are collected in other bags, garments are transferred into official Wash Lab bags, and pricing is calculated based on the number of bags used.

Important Guidelines

  • Garments are washed strictly according to care label instructions
  • Please ensure all pockets are emptied before pickup
  • Proper sorting helps avoid additional charges
